The product was as shown in the pictures. Was worried about scratches / cracks during shipment, however the packing was strong with wooden frames around the box- which made it really secure. Good thinking.

Received the complete set with the commode tank and seat cover. All the three product was good.

The delivery partner experience was Bad.. They were asking for too much details for verification. I understand it is required in few cases, but what else would be a best option than triggering a OTP to the registered mobile number for the order to confirm delivery. Simple and easy.
The shipment people were asking to write down my Aadhar number or License number for their record purpose. I declined as I mentioned I do not trust them. The Bill has my full name/ my complete address/my phone number and on top they also want my Aadhar number. Its very easy for defaulters. Shipment service providers should think about this and think about alternatives for verifications such as the OTP method(which is simple and secure for both parties).
